We really enjoyed the trip Sara was such a pleasant helicopter pilot she really gave a personalized tour. It was really windy so we had to change plans and took the 30 minute trip to see the countryside. My mother-in-law really enjoyed her 90th birthday present. We seen so many beautiful things it was amazing.

Steve was amazing. My partner and I went for my birthday and as someone who is afraid of heights… i had fun. Chicago is beautiful. Even better when you’re flying privately in the sky. Wayne our pilot was incredibly nice. The But he was late from the previous tour. We had gotten short changed on our flight ...I was not happy about it. Why I stress that about the time is because after you book this experience they are non-stop texting you not to be late so we were there 45 minutes prior to our flight time because you have to be there a half hour to your flight time so then we had to wait an extra 15 minutes to actually even go on the ride. The time that he was late was not added on to our flight time either so I paid the full amount for less time not because of my doing ;but because of somebody else. I do not think that’s right because time is money. . I feel like if we were informed better that he was running late we could’ve maybe had something to eat while we were waiting Also your private tour should actually be an hour and a half then because it takes forever to get out to the city from the Schaumburg airfields..
