We meet in front of the Archer Tower Apartments, 901 N Sherman Street. Restrooms are difficult to come by, within route of the tour. Please make the necessary provisions to use the restroom, before you arrive. Please arrive 5 minutes early. Out of respect to all, please do not arrive intoxicated

This activity will end right where it started.
  • Confirmation will be received within 48 hours of booking, subject to availability

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • This tour is best suited for ages 9 and up; some of the stories are intense.
  • Operates in all weather conditions, please dress appropriately
  • Stroller accessible
  • Service animals allowed
  • Near public transportation
  • Transportation is wheelchair accessible
  • Surfaces are wheelchair accessible
  • There are no avaialble restrooms, along the tour route. Please make the necessary provisions, before coming on the tour.
  • We do not go into the mansions, as they are all privately owned; however, this does not prevent you from experiencing possible paranormal activity
  • Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
  • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travelers

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.

Was going for history, but really encountered some unexplained things

I am definitely a skeptic and was prepared to debunk everything, however after reviewing pictures I was clearly able to pick up some unexplained things. In the first two pics of Charlie Brown’s Pub there were orbs that were not in the same place and I could not figure out the reason for these being just lights. In the final two you can definitely see that in one there is a woman dressed in old time black clothing and the other nothing is there.

Jess was a fabulous tour guide!! Full of energy and you can tell this is something she loves to do!! We carried around an EMF detector that went off! The stories at each stop were fascinating. I don’t walk fast but I was able to keep up just fine. She also has her finger on the pulse of Denver and had lots of suggestions as well. Highly recommended!!
