The tour guide should have done better despite road construction to and from Las Vegas. We didn't have lunch until 6 pm

There was road construction to and from Las Vegas. The tour guide told us we will have lunch later. However, we did not have lunch until 6 p.m. I know that he could not control that. But he should have told us. It was glad that we made it as we were so hungry and also we have to climb the stairs when we visited the canyon. Also, the guide did not wait for other two members during visiting the dam. It was lucky the two members had other group members. Otherwise, they would be left behind. The tour guide should make sure all the members were on board. How can he leave the two people behind in the dam? This trip started at 6 a.m. and came back to Las Vegas at 11:30 p.m. I know it was something that they could control. However, the tour guide could have done better. I want to give a compliment to the driver Patrick. He drove for such a long time and is very professional.

Great trip. Guide, Marvin, and driver, Patrick, were both professional and entertaining. Our Navajo guide, Tyrone, was the absolute best!!! The only disappointment was bus trouble that delayed us so we missed the perfect photography time in the canyon and felt very rushed at horseshoe bend.

bad experience

honestly this trip was really badly planned for its price. Attractions itself were pretty nice but the tour guide and bus issues made it an overall bad experience. bus ran into issues midway through the drive but the tour guide did not mention anything to us and ditched the entire bus bu going into a private van. we were also made to wait for a long while after the antelope canyon attraction

The planning wasn’t the best as they should have done antelope canyon first knowing that it won’t be the best after 2pm. The bus came back very late after our tour was done while we sat and waited for over an hour with no information. Overall, it wasn’t terrible but when paying so much, they should plan for the best and with a few msgs could have informed guests about being late. Bus wasn’t the cleanest.

Viator is a company that was a total let down with trying to assist me with my tour plans in Las Vegas. They were real unprofessional and never had exact information and they always said we want to make your experience memorable by stealing your time, money, days, and your experience. 3 hour to book something. The people who service you don’t speak good English and don’t know where nothing is at in Las Vegas and they read from a script. They book you knowing damn well they don’t have bookings for that day. Every time I booked with them it was always there fault that you couldn’t have that experience because they don’t have there stuff together. Viator service was a let down. My best and most memorable times here came from 5 Star helicopter tours which was led my man Jimmy who made my day great and was an excellent pilot who keep us laughing and gave us in-depth knowledge of the Grand Canyon and Coexitst West Coast who gave and excellent and safe tour who I had to book through them to get the trips I deserve while out here in Las Vegas. But Sergio turned that around by giving me that 4k experience with him. Sergio and Jimmy are leaders for this type of service. They made me and those around me on these to trips felt like they gave use that 4k experience and not Viator. So quit taking credit for something you didn’t do. The only thing you gave me was a rotten experience and making me question you all about my money for service that wasn’t rendered and how you all didn’t give me what I paid for. So with that said I am out and I will never use you all again or recommend anyone to you all. Thanks Sergio and Jimmy for helping me turn those lemons that Viator gave me into Strawberry Lemonade.
